Connect the Instagram professional account once, publish only completed CDN-hosted media, and choose the format that matches the asset: post or story for images, story or reel for videos.

Instagram direct publishing requires an Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal accounts may be prompted by Instagram to switch during connection.
2

Connect once in Settings

Open Account > Integrations, review the professional account reminder, then complete the Instagram OAuth flow before publishing.
3

Share from completed results

Use the Instagram button on completed gallery, try-on, model, Studio result, and video surfaces to open the publish dialog.
4

Choose the right format

Publish image generations as feed posts or stories, publish videos as stories, and use reels only for completed video generations.

Connection requirements

Make the account type clear before anyone starts the OAuth flow.
  • Instagram direct publishing requires a Business or Creator account supported by Instagram’s API.
  • If a personal account is selected, Instagram may ask the user to switch during the connection flow.
  • The connected account summary appears under Account > Integrations with reconnect and disconnect controls.

Publishing formats

Pick a format that matches the media type you already generated.
  • Feed Post supports completed image generations, captions, hashtags, and multiple selected images when available.
  • Story supports image or video generations and does not add unsupported stickers.
  • Reel is available only for completed video generations, with optional caption and share-to-feed control.

Media selection

Control exactly which result goes to Instagram before publishing.
  • When a generation has multiple poses, the share dialog shows horizontally scrollable thumbnails.
  • Select one or more compatible thumbnails before publishing; unavailable formats are hidden or disabled.
  • Janjan sends only public CDN media URLs to Instagram, never internal Azure Blob URLs.

The publishing questions users ask first

Use this when you are checking account requirements, reel availability, pose selection, or publish failures.
Open Account > Integrations and choose Connect Instagram. You will see a reminder that Instagram publishing requires a Business or Creator account before the OAuth flow starts.
Personal accounts cannot use Instagram direct publishing through the API. If you choose a personal account, Instagram may prompt you to switch it to a professional account during connection.
Only existing completed video generations can be published as reels. Janjan does not create an image-to-video reel automatically from an image generation in this flow.
Yes. When multiple pose images are available, the Instagram dialog shows selectable thumbnails in a horizontal picker so you can publish only the pose or poses you want.
Confirm the Instagram account is still connected, the selected media is complete, and the format matches the media type. Reconnect from Account > Integrations if the token or permissions changed.
